Ways to Work Together…

About me…

I’m Jo, a Chartered Physiotherapist based in Leicestershire, with over 23 years of experience in respiratory and musculoskeletal care.

I specialise in movement-based rehabilitation, breathing pattern work and Pilates, supporting people to move with more ease, confidence and awareness, whether recovering from pain, managing injury or reconnecting with their body through movement.

My approach combines clinical expertise with a calm, whole-person perspective, blending physiotherapy, personalised rehabilitation and mindful movement to support long-term change rather than short-term fixes.

Alongside this, I have a specialist interest in working with riders. As a lifelong horse owner and Equipilates™ Biomechanics Trainer, I offer rider-focused Pilates, workshops and movement assessments designed to support balance, stability, awareness and performance both in and out of the saddle.

I have also completed further training in Equine Assisted Physiotherapy, helping deepen my understanding of the relationship between rider, movement and nervous system regulation.

Through Fosse Physio and Equanimity, my aim is to help people feel more connected, capable and supported in the way they move… in riding and in everyday life.

What people are saying.
