1:1 Physiotherapy
In your one-to-one physiotherapy assessment, you'll receive a thorough and personalised evaluation in my calm, welcoming clinic in Frolesworth, Leicestershire. I will take time to explore your symptoms, movement patterns, lifestyle factors, and any underlying contributors to pain or dysfunction.
With over 23 years’ experience in both respiratory and musculoskeletal physiotherapy — including breathing pattern re-education, posture, and movement analysis — I bring a holistic approach to care. Where appropriate, Pilates-based rehabilitation is integrated to support strength, control, and functional alignment.
Whether you're recovering from injury, managing long-term conditions, or looking to move more freely, your treatment plan will be built collaboratively with you, combining hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and mindful movement strategies to support your whole-body wellbeing.

Horse Rider Assessments
My one-to-one Rider Assessments are designed to help you understand how your body influences your position, balance, and effectiveness in the saddle. Using a blend of physiotherapy expertise, movement analysis, and Equipilates™ biomechanics principles, I work with you to identify postural patterns, asymmetries, and areas of tension or instability that may be affecting your riding.
These sessions include a full off-horse assessment, with personalised guidance and targeted exercises to support alignment, core control, and body awareness — both in daily life and while riding. Whether you're managing pain, working towards a riding goal, or simply looking to feel more connected with your horse, you'll leave with a tailored plan to improve symmetry, stability, and rider-horse harmony.

Pilates for Riders
Classes and Workshops
Whether you're competing, schooling, or simply enjoying time in the saddle, your body is your most important piece of riding equipment. My Pilates for Riders classes are designed to improve your core stability, alignment, and body awareness — both on and off the horse.
Using a combination of mat work, small equipment (such as bands and soft balls), and gym balls, these classes help you develop symmetry, balance, and control that translates directly to your riding.
For riders looking to go deeper, I also run Equipilates™ workshops, blending movement, biomechanics, and postural assessment to improve performance, connection, and confidence in the saddle. These workshops include sessions on my saddle horse, providing the opportunity to explore riding posture and movement patterns in a safe, static environment.
Classes are open to all levels of rider, with a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced rider looking to enhance your seat and stability, there's something here for you.
Monthly class blocks booked online. They include access to our growing online library of recorded classes and theory sessions.
