Webinar Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fosse Physiotherapy. By booking and participating in any webinar or online workshop delivered by Fosse Physiotherapy, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from booking or attending the session.
1. Who We Are
Fosse Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy and Pilates business owned and operated by Joanna Smith, Chartered Physiotherapist, based in Frolesworth, Leicestershire, UK.

2. Booking and Payment
All webinar bookings must be made in advance via our approved booking systems (e.g. Zanda, Stripe).
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
3. Pre-Session Form Requirement
Participation in webinars is subject to completion of a required pre-session form, which includes health screening and consent.
This form must be completed prior to the session. Failure to complete the form may result in your place being cancelled and access to the session withheld.
4. Suitability and Participation
Webinars are delivered as group educational sessions and may not be appropriate for all individuals.
By completing the pre-session form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Based on your responses, you may be contacted to clarify your answers and ensure the session is suitable and safe for you to attend.
Fosse Physiotherapy reserves the right to decline or withdraw participation where it is deemed not appropriate.
Where a webinar is not considered suitable for your needs, you may be:
Offered a transfer to a future webinar
Advised to book a 1:1 assessment as a separate paid service
Offered a refund where appropriate
Any decision will be made at the organiser’s discretion, with consideration of safety and individual circumstances.
5. Refunds and Transfers
All webinar bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, or are unable to complete the required pre-session form, you may request to transfer your booking to a future webinar date, subject to the following conditions:
Requests must be made prior to the start time of the webinar
Only one transfer is permitted per booking
Transfers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Fosse Physiotherapy reserves the right to refuse transfers where appropriate
Refunds will only be considered where Fosse Physiotherapy determines that the webinar is not appropriate for you, or in exceptional circumstances.
6. Webinar Access and Delivery
Webinars are delivered as live online sessions via Zoom.
Access details will be provided once the required pre-session form has been completed. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to a suitable device, internet connection, and environment to participate.
Fosse Physiotherapy is not responsible for technical issues experienced by participants that may affect access to the session.
7. Health Disclaimer
Webinars are provided for educational purposes only and do not replace individual medical advice, assessment, or treatment.
Participation is undertaken at your own risk. You confirm that you are fit and well enough to participate and that you take responsibility for your own health and safety during the session.
If you have any concerns about your suitability to take part, you should seek appropriate medical advice prior to attending.
8. Intellectual Property
All webinar content, including videos, presentations, and supporting materials, remains the intellectual property of Fosse Physiotherapy.
You may not reproduce, record, distribute, or share any content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10. Limitation of Liability
Fosse Physiotherapy takes reasonable care to ensure the quality and safety of all webinars. However, we shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from:
Participation in the webinar
Use of any information provided
Technical issues or interruptions
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or injury caused by proven negligence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued participation in webinars constitutes acceptance of any updates.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
