5. Bookings and Payments
Bookings for appointments, classes, or digital services are made via third-party systems (e.g. Zanda, Squarespace, Stripe, PayPal).
All payments are due in advance unless otherwise arranged. Refund policies are clearly stated at the point of booking.
Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
