Group Pilates Classes

My Pilates classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body in a supportive and inclusive environment. I offer Pilates for All classes — suitable for all levels and abilities.

Classes are led by me, Jo, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Level 3 Pilates instructor with specialist training in breathing pattern re-education. Numbers are kept small to ensure close supervision and individualisation for each participant.

Whether you're a beginner or looking to enhance your existing practice, each sessions is grounded in mindful, functional movement — helping you build resilience, flexibility, and ease in everyday life.
